This training programme aims to adapt the project management methodologies (such as PMBOK) to the youth work reality at both local, national or European level in order to raise youth projects impact and to encourage the exchange of good practices. The project will be implemented by OpportUNITY and GEYC. Participating countries: the UK (host), Croatia, Romania, Spain, Malta, Ukraine and Moldova. Participants must be citizens or residents of those countries, at least 18 years of age.
The project will use non formal learning methodology including methods such as: ice breakers, energisers, name games, reflection groups, working into intercultural subgroups, facilitated discussion, creative presentations, simulation, case study, debates etc. The projects aims to empower the participants to raise their projects impact and to produce a sustainable effect on young people.

OBJECTIVES
- Raising participants’ practical skills regarding projects impact;
- Stimulating the exchange of good practices regarding youth activities impact;
- Encouraging European youth cooperation in the field of Erasmus+ programme
PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS:
- Must be youth workers, project coordinators and/or volunteers
- Must be experienced trainers and/or facilitators, who have already written and implemented international youth projects;
- Must have previous experience in voluntary work and international projects;
- Must speak fluent English
Conditions:
Yearly membership fee – 30 euros
All costs regarding food and accommodation and transport are covered by Erasmus + programme.
