Основна тематика проекту: організація заходів, заохочення волонтерства, коммунікація з молоддю.

The main aim of the volunteering project is to enhance young people’s participation, their leadership, skills and their engagement in civil society by involving them in local development activities and non-formal learning programmes that are run with and for young people, targeting particularly young people from vulnerable groups.

The project will promote volunteering, active citizenship, mutual understanding and participation of young people through voluntary activities and give them the opportunity to reflect about the value of volunteering.

Working in a different country with a different language and culture will allow to promote a better understanding of multicultural environments, participation and European citizenship. The programme of the activities would provide space for an intense social and communicative interaction between the participants, the organisers and the local community.

Identification and selection of the participants

Participants will be selected by their motivation to participate in the project. The hosting organisation will not require any particular qualifications from its potential candidates. The project will be accessible to all young people without any form of discrimination on grounds of gender, racial or ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability or sexual orientation.

The organisations will look for strongly motivated participants 18-30 years old with a challenging mind and the openness to understand the cultural and social aspects of the countries. Volunteers will need to be communicative and able to engage with different target groups (e.g. community leaders, volunteers, etc).

Фінансові умови

Проект фінансується за рахунок програми Еразмус+. Усі витрати на візу, страхування, проживання, харчування та міжнародні транспортні витрати покриваються повністю. Також волонтер отримуватиме щомісячно кишенькові кошти. Надаватимуться курси з іспанської мови.
