The legendary 1-year volunteering and learning program “Green Skills” in Suderbyn Ecovillage is now OPEN FOR APPLICATIONS for 2021-2022!

Funded by European Solidarity Corps, the Green Skills volunteering program gives an opportunity for young motivated people from European and neighbouring countries to explore the ecovillage life, to grow through joys and challenges of the community, to learn practical and organisational skills and develop a new level of life competencies – while the food, accommodation and travel costs are covered. Besides learning all of this, Green Skills is a way to contribute to building a small alternative model of life, as a response to the environmental and societal challenges which our world is facing. We focus on growing organic food, building our own infrastructure, experimenting with DIY energy solutions, coordinating transnational projects on education and research about regenerative practices, and – first and foremost – on learning to live closely as a culturally diverse community.

For those of you who are eager to put your body and mind to work in an intense combination of research, experimentation and action; who seek to experience living and working in a community – we are looking for you for the 11th edition of Green Skills.
