A Canadian insurance company is looking for call center operators to join their growing team. You will deal with customers’ requests, resolving their insurance-related issues and offering best possible solutions.
Requirements:
- Advanced level of English
Open availability:
- Monday to Friday – from 4 p.m.
- Several hours on weekend
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar
- Open minded and eager to help others
- Good computer skills
- Good multitasking skills
- Relevant experience would be an advantage
