UN Women, grounded in the vision of equality enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations, works for the elimination of discrimination against women and girls; the empowerment of women; and the achievement of equality between women and men as partners and beneficiaries of development, human rights, humanitarian action and peace and security.
The UN Women Strategic Partnerships Division (SPD) is responsible for proactively driving the strategic positioning of UN Women and ensure that the size, sources and predictability of its resources help the organization achieve its strategic goals. The division is organized into three functional clusters: Resource Mobilization, Private Sector, and Communications & Advocacy. Under the direction of the Director of Strategic Partnerships Division, the Operations Analyst will support the oversight and coordination of all functions related to the Division’s key activities. S/he follows up on major decisions to ensure delivery of organizational goals and financial results, including through compilation of information and analysis, handling daily operations and playing an advisory role to the Director. S/he will be responsible for maintaining and improving operational excellence and supports the analysis of results achieved during implementation of SPD programme of work.

Coordinate the planning, expenditure tracking and auditing of financial resources in accordance with UN Women rules and regulations and policies and strategies:
