Молодіжний обмін у Грузії та Нідерландах
NGO «Non-formal education for youth» шукає 3 учасників на багатоетапний проект з теми “Human Rights Education”, який відбудеться у Грузії та Нідерландах.

Для кого:
– 18-30 років
– волонтери або молодіжні працівники, які мають чіткий і регулярний професійний контакт з молоддю
– мати певний досвід фасилітації / тренінгів у сфері молодіжної роботи
– мати перший досвід або бути мотивованим, щоб дізнатися більше про освіту з питань прав людини
– зацікавлені в отриманні додаткової неформальної освіти, міжкультурних, театральних та фасилітаційних навичок
– зобов’язані активно брати участь у всіх етапах проекту;
– бути доступними для всіх етапів проекту;
– добре володіти англійською мовою
– мати біометричний закордонний паспорт
Фінансові умови: за правилами програми Erasmus+ проживання, харчування та всі необхідні матеріали під час проекту забезпечуються організаторами. Кошти за квитки будуть компенсовані після проекту не більше ніж 275 евро на участника, у разі перевищення ліміту компенсації різниця покривається учасниками самостійно.
Благодійний внесок у організацію 50 евро.

“Civil Stage” is a multi-phased educational project that aims to use performative arts in youth work based on the pedagogic principles of human rights education. What is Human Rights Education (HRE)? According to the United Nations, Human Rights Education and training comprises all educational, training, information, awareness-raising and learning activities aimed at promoting universal respect for and observance of all human rights and fundamental freedoms and thus contributing, inter alia, to the prevention of human rights violations and abuses by providing persons with knowledge, skills and understanding and developing their attitudes and behaviours, to empower them to contribute to the building and promotion of a universal culture of human rights.
We would like to use improve and forum theater not only as an educational tool but also to build readiness to respond to the request of their target youth groups in a timely manner. “Theater of the oppressed” has proven to be a successful tool for using creativity to address sensitive issues and challenges and develop critical consciousness.
The objectives of “Civil Stage” are therefore:
– To understand and apply facilitation of human rights education in the reality of the youth workers;
– To gain experience in non-formal education as an inspiration for facilitation;
– To create new improve theatre methods for daily facilitation by the youth workers;
– To equip youth workers with forum theatre skills to facilitate human rights education activities to increase active citizenship of youth;
– To develop, implement and evaluate action plans by the participants in their organisation’s context;
– To develop and implement spin-off projects and follow-up activities at a local, regional and European level.
