Тренінг в Німеччині з теми буллінгу
“Альтернатива-В” шукає 4 активних учасників на тренінг “I shout out against Bullying”. Тренінг буде проходити у два етапи:
1) Тренінг 15.04 – 23.04.2020 Брілон, Німеччина
2) Семінар 01.06 – 05.06.2020 Бад-Лар, Німеччина
Дедлайн подовжено до 05.02.2020!
? Цільовою групою є молодіжні працівники, викладачі, або молоді люди, для яких є актуальною тема буллінгу, або ті, хто регулярно стикається з цією проблемою і:
– Хотіли б поділитися своїм досвідом роботи та досвідом боротьби з явищем буллінгу та поширювати отримані знання під час та після цього тренінгу;
– Виявляють інтерес до вдосконалення власних навичок та компетентностей та здатні розвивати європейський ціннісний підхід у власних організаціях;
– Мотивовані сприяти тісній співпраці та подальшій діяльності між партнерами;
– Мають бажання організовувати місцеві акції, проекти або кампанії після семінару;
– Вміють спілкуватися та працювати англійською мовою;
– Мають вік 18 +
?OBJECTIVES:
• To develop knowledge and understanding about the causes and consequences of bullying and interpersonal violence;
• To provide the participants with educational resources, materials, consultation and transfer know-how of the methods and ways of work to combat against bullying;
• To develop new tools and methods, innovative approaches which empower the youth to speak up the bullying cases and find the solution–through
awareness, insight, action;
• To raise awareness of bullying through Anti-Bullying Week and other coordinated and shared campaigns as follow up actions;
• To launch of projects both within the framework of the Erasmus+ and on the local, regional and national level for cross-sectoral cooperation -schools,
families and youth organizations;
• To develop Youth Self-Help Group Network.
?MAIN PROGRAM ELEMENTS / WORKING METHODOLOGY:
Presenting-sharing-analyzing-discussing-listening-thinking-brainstorming-evaluating-acting-passing, editing and disseminating will be the important steps during course.Creativity, interactive and group working activities, active participation, workshops, learning by doing, presentations, theoretical input, simulation, roleplays, discussions, plenary and eveluatation will be program elements and it will provide further knowledge and understanding of the issue.
?FOLLOW-UP ACTIVITIES will include activities in partners’ countries (action plans will be created during the project).
1. Participants have to contribute to the visibility via the project’s social media. Participants have to contribute to the updates of the page to share and disseminate the project’s results, for future Exchange and dissemination of daily information, experiences and good practices;
2. Ensure the visibility of the training course in own home country after the project: community/NGO/university/ municipality by organizing at least 1 event (per country) showing the results of the project;
3. Organize local workshops;
4. Anti-Bullying Campaign.
Participants will be from: Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine, Turkey, Bulgaria, Germany.
?Програма Erasmus+ покриває витрати на проїзд (в рамках 275 євро), проживання та харчування. Страховка є обов’язковою і витрати на неї не покриваються.
Внесок учасника складає 50 євро організаторам тренінгу і 800 грн. членський внесок в “Альтернативу-В”.
